  • Shipping Policy
    “Standard Shipping”: Orders having selected “Standard Shipping” will ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. “Expedited Shipping”: Orders having selected “Expedited Shipping” will ship from our warehouse within 1 business day—most orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. Processing an order involves picking, packing, and getting the order ready for shipment. Once the order is picked up by the courier, it is considered 'shipped'. Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage but, method of shipment is fully at our discretion such as using UPS or FedEx. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Micro Detailer or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Generally, your package will arrive to you within 2-9 business days, depending on where you live and the service level you have chosen. Tracking: You will receive an email once your order has shipped with a link to track your package. We do not ship to PO Boxes or Military PO Addresses, only physical addresses. Please note orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take 4-6 weeks for delivery.
  • Can I cancel or make changes to an order?
    After you place your order, there are no changes to your order or cancellations. Please make sure all information is correct before placing your order.
  • Returns
    We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are unhappy with a product you ordered we will accept returns for 30 days from the date of purchase. Note: We only take returns of unused products. Before making a bulk purchase, we encourage you to order a sample kit, if available, to verify the product is to your liking. Items must be returned within 30 days in like new condition with original packaging. To return an item, use our “Contact” form to request a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Write this number on the outside of the package. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted without an RMA. All “Free Shipping Offers” will be charged a normal shipping charge before a refund is issued. If the return of a product or products causes the original order to fall below the free shipping threshold the remaining items and returned items will be billed for the normal shipping charges. The cost of the returned items, minus shipping charges, will be promptly credited via the payment method used. It may take 5-7 days for your bank to process the credit. Return Shipping Costs Micro Detailer covers return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label (for domestic purchases only) to return the product(s) to us in this situation. Items returned for reasons other than defect or Micro Detailer error will not be provided with a pre-paid shipping return label.
  • Missing/Damaged Items
    Missing or damaged items need to be reported to us within 10 days of delivery. This does not include any back ordered items and only applies to orders that have been completely filled.
