The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as “Conditions”) described below govern the use of this site (referred to as “Micro Detailer” or “site”) and/or Micro Detailer products and services. Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these Conditions.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.
Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.
To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the MicroDetailer.com sites. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.
We use “cookies” to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Other sites accessible through our site have their own privacy policies and data collection practices. Please consult each site’s privacy policy. Our Store is not responsible for the ­actions of third parties.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Micro Detailer reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Payment Options
We offer Pay via PayPal, which means you can pay with your credit card or with your secure PayPal account. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
Shipping Policy

  • “Standard Shipping”: Orders having selected “Standard Shipping” will ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days.
  • “Expedited Shipping”: Orders having selected “Expedited Shipping” will ship from our warehouse within 1 business day—most orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday.
  • Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Package Service but, method of shipment is fully at our discretion. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Micro Detailer or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
  • Generally, your package will arrive to you within 2-9 business days, depending on where you live and the service level you have chosen.
  • Tracking: You will receive an email once your order has shipped with a link to track your package.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or Military PO Addresses, only physical addresses.

Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Missing/Damaged Items
Missing or damaged items need to be reported to us within 10 days of delivery. This does not include any back ordered items and only applies to orders that have been completely filled.
Cancellations
After you place your order, there are absolutely no changes to your order or cancellations.
Returns
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are unhappy with a product you ordered we will accept returns for 30 days from the date of purchase. Note: We only take returns of unused products. Before making a bulk purchase, we encourage you to order a sample kit, if available, to verify the product is to your liking.
Items must be returned within 30 days in like new condition with original packaging. To return an item, use our “Contact” form to request a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Write this number on the outside of the package. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted without an RMA.
All “Free Shipping Offers” will be charged a normal shipping charge before a refund is issued. If the return of a product or products causes the original order to fall below the free shipping threshold the remaining items and returned items will be billed for the normal shipping charges.
The cost of the returned items, minus shipping charges, will be promptly credited via the payment method used. It may take 5-7 days for your bank to process the credit.
Return Shipping Costs
Micro Detailer covers return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label (for domestic purchases only) to return the product(s) to us in this situation.
Items returned for reasons other than defect or Micro Detailer error will not be provided with a pre-paid shipping return label.
Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks and trade names of Micro Detailer used on the site are trademarks or registered trademarks of Micro Detailer.
Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Micro Detailer, LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including and not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, including the materials on this site or the performance of the products. Users of the products are totally responsible for determining if they are suitable for a particular purpose and for user’s method of application. If a product is found to be defective, Micro Detailer, LLC’s option will be to refund the purchase price or replace the defective product and will not be liable for loss or damage regardless of the legal theory asserted. Micro Detailer does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Micro Detailer does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term – Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Micro Detailer without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Micro Detailer, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
